For orders of MSS, MWS, MSS+ and 10kg

Cabinetry, and orders weighing more than 10kg are charged by weight and postcode. You can still choose between Standard and Express delivery, however there is no free shipping option for orders over 10kg.

When Will I Get My Order?

Estimated Delivery Dates are entirely dependent on the stock status of each individual item being ordered, as well as your chosen shipping method and delivery address. Most items are held in stock at our dedicated Melbourne warehouse.

Stock Status
Items listed as "Ships within 24hrs" are shipped same business day if order is placed before 2pm AEST.
Items that state "Ships within 4 Days" or "Ships within 6 Days" are in stock with our suppliers, or in transit to our warehouse.

Please note that items that state "Ships within 4 Days" or "Ships within 6 Days" will be delivered to you in 7-14 days from the date of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for your parcel to be trackable after dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Date
To find your Estimated Delivery Date, add your required items to the shopping cart, and enter your address at checkout. Your Estimated Delivery Date will appear once you select your preferred shipping method. The earliest date you can expect your delivery is that shown if Express Shipping is selected at checkout. We are unable to speed up your delivery.

Once your item has dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. If you have not received this email 2 business days before your expected delivery date shown at checkout, please check your spam filter or contact us for further information.

Who Will Deliver My Order?

We ship our parcels via a variety of couriers and freighters, depending on your location and order. Your shipment email will advise you of the relevant carrier.

If your parcel ships via Australia Post eParcel, they may contact you via email or SMS with the option of Safe Drop. This is an agreement made between the receiver (you) and Australia Post prior to delivery of your parcel. If you opt in for Safe Drop with Australia Post, we will not be held liable for non-receipt of your parcel. For more information regarding Safe Drop, please refer to the Australia Post website.

Orders to units, flats, apartments and businesses may still require a signature for delivery. Orders over $300 will always require a signature for delivery. If you are not going to be home to accept delivery it is recommended to use an alternative delivery address where somebody can sign for the parcel. Alternatively, a card may be left by the courier advising you of how to obtain your parcel.

Couriers do not deliver on weekends or Public Holidays.

Please note: If your item is returned to us because of incorrect addressing or because delivery was attempted but not possible, you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee to have the parcel delivered again. So please ensure your address is correct!
